From the data that we collected, we have found that the Singaporean waters are clean. They are very near the neutral zone and thus does not require much chemical treatment. However, we have found, while collecting water samples, that there are a lot of litters in the water. We came up with a suitable solution which is to put up net on the tour boats and other water vehicle. Since water tourism is very popular, this would clean the waters a lot.
